As a Retirement Home we order from In Bloom quite a bit. We have always been very impressed with our orders.
Today however, we ordered for a 100th Birthday and unfortunately did not receive what we had ordered and the order had not been filled. We appreciate the speed at which the clerk got an order together but, was disappointed it was not the correct color.
